Dear Mr. McCourt, I have just read the article regarding your new book "Teacher Man", I am a Behaviour Manager in a Secondary School and feel that I have found a kindred spirit!! I absolutely love my job and the pupils I work with, like you I feel proud and priviledged that they connect with me in a positive way. I will be purchasing your book a.s.a.p., is it possible that I could arrange to have it signed by you? Either way it's a good feeling to know that there are people in education who can recognise the wonderful children behind the bad behaviour!!!
