Lola posts on 5/9/2008 11:55:43 PM I recently discovered James Pattersons' work and now have been reading some of his older books...I just finished Hide & Seek and I must admit that I am stumped!! I cannot for the life of me figure out what Will was trying to say to Maggie at the end of the book, "mmahhlah"...??? I have been stuck on this and it is REALLY bothering me that I cannot figure it out. I have asked other people what they thought it could mean, I have even tried to look it up on the web thinking that someone must have posted something about it but I have come up with NOTHING sadly! PLEASE can someone tell me what he is trying to say, PLEASE??

Kim Frampton posts on 4/13/2008 1:17:35 PM Has anyone read You've Been Warned? What did you think of this book?
Jenny posts on 3/21/2008 3:16:22 AM DP- The story is finished in the book after that. It ties up all the loose ends.
DP posts on 2/27/2008 4:49:16 PM Is the scene in Betsey Cavalierre's house with Cross and Kyle Craig really the end of this story? I am shocked at the lame ending if it is. Please advise.
Jenny posts on 1/25/2008 5:03:34 AM Are the hardcover and paperback the same book?
woody fowler posts on 1/8/2008 12:11:48 PM I have listened to about 10 audio books by Mr. Patterson and have enjoyed them all. However, Season of the Machete was so bad that I didn't finish it. It's like someone with a lot less talent wrote it. wf
anita posts on 12/6/2007 3:05:59 PM I have read all of his books and really enjoy them immensely but have to agree that in the last 3 newest books something has been missing and the "sparkle" isn't there. Anita
kylie chant posts on 12/5/2007 12:28:35 PM I read the new book, Cross, a couple of month ago. It was exciting ad gripping as usual, but unforunately, it just didn't have that sparkle about it that all the others had. I think what caused this is that the story was a little predictable, where as the others had me completely baffled. Nevertheless, a thumbs up, as I love James Patterson!!
