Ethe posts on 11/3/2006 11:26:58 AM Just encouraging everyone to keep going!! Theres some trudge in the middle but the more recent books are really good. Hope Robert Jordan gets better soon.
posts on 7/26/2006 7:13:18 AM I'm quite certain that the series was first published in 1990. I remember because it was the year I was born.

posts on 7/20/2006 11:35:46 PM Does anyone know if Tor published a Limited Edition bound in green leather of this book? I thought that the limiteds started with book 5.
posts on 7/8/2006 6:35:28 PM I read a book in high school that I am trying to find again. It is about two girls who run away from their family and hide in a cabin in the woods. While they are there (and after experiencing a small lesbian encounter - which affects the one character later in the story) a strong storm "lifts" them to an alternate level on earth. They then try to find their way back by travelling through these worlds where the different levels spin - they need to travel to each "door" (like a customs gate) to get to another level. I believe there was more than one book but for the life of me, I cannot remember the name of the books or the author. I'm trying to remember as much about the books but it's too hard to explain. Can anyone help?
posts on 7/6/2006 8:43:50 AM all right everyone the BOOK COMES OUT IN JAN. 07.I can't wait.
posts on 5/29/2006 11:48:48 PM I have been reading this series for a time now to say the least. I believe I started it in 1992. I like it so much in fact, that 2 years ago I had gone back to the beginnng and read them all again, so that the charactors were fresh in my mind for the next release. I now find myself hungry for the next book. When is the scheduled release?
posts on 5/12/2006 3:13:18 PM Dear Robert Jordan, I love your books. They are so enjoyable and such a delightful transportation of out this world. Re-reading them is even better -- HEY , what are you doing READING your fan mail!?? Drop this letter and get back to that keyboard! There are about 42 people I know who are in desperate need of book 12...and most of them hate me now because I started them on you and now they are addicts. Sincerely, Alison Caldwell-Andrews
posts on 5/11/2006 10:43:29 AM those are some good ideas I like the andors I never thought of that but can anyone list some names
posts on 5/11/2006 1:45:49 AM Just from the way I imagined the clothing... Andor: ancient Welsh styles ...but the Two Rivers is more rural, even western, Saldaea: traditional Korean styles, Aiel: dressed like a combination of Beduins & ninjas, Aes Sedai: sort of convent, Seanchan, New Orleans, Seafolk, Maori tattoo styles Tinkers: circus!
