Ho and Mark are thieves working for the Hong Kong mob. Ho is arrested in Taiwan and condemned to spend three years in jail while Mark is seriously wounded during a shoot-out. When Ho comes back in Hong Kong, he's already decided to give up his criminal activities but his younger brother Kit, who's become a policeman, is persuaded that Ho is still involved in his former job.
When the new boss of the local mob starts to threaten Kit, Ho and Mark will be forced to fight against the whole gang.
