At the same time, a new killer named Tok has hit the streets. His flamboyant style and penchant for the dramatic make it clear that he is out to claim O's title as the #1 killer in Asia. Even so, Tok has a profound respect for his opponent and seeks to learn as much he can about O. This search for information causes him to develop a relationship with Chin as well.
Complicating matters is the fact that both killers are being pursued by detective Lee.
