his education. But this is getting tiresome for his well off parents wasting money on their son that is not getting nothing out of his academics. So they decided to give Russell a real warning if he doesn't graduate from college, he will not have any financial funds and will have to scrap any money on his own. He doesn't go to any prestigious school or even a community college- he sets his sight on Busterburger University- a institution where students learn to build their very own burger franchise.

Proco believes he can have his cake and eat it too- still womanizing but this gets him in trouble with his "commanding officer" Sgt. Drewton. Drewton isn't exactly a sergeant at the burger school, his behavior towards the students is demanding that will make one believe he actually is one. He doesn't mind setting the rules straight and put the students in check.

Putting the moves on Drewton's girlfriend and wife of the President of the university, things is getting out of hand and Drewton is fed up with the young student skirt chasing ways. Drewton has intentions of his own and that is to screw up Russell chances of graduating by plotting a big oops on his final exam; the exam is running a burger restaurant for the day. Things get out of control in the restaurant and Russell have to handle some very hungry customers that he can not handle personally assigned by Sgt. Drewton.
