Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Moon Over Miami

Kay (Grable) and Barbara (Carole) are sisters who expect to come into an inheritance. Once the attorneys and tax assesssors have taken their bits and pieces, they're left with little. They work at a joint in Texas with their Aunt Susan (Greenwood) and all are sick of it. They hatch a plan to go to Miami and pretend Kay is wealthy to attract a wealthy husband for her. The other women pretend to be in her employ. Jack the bellman (Haley) explains his contempt for golddiggers of both sexes and promises to look out for the ladies. Soon enough, there are two handsome and wealthy suitors after Kay: Phil (Ameche) and Jeff (Cummings). Lots of singing and dancing ensues as does the musical comedy mayhem.
