With Mother and Leroys' wacky type of humor and racing around to get to injured people involved in accidents, Mother and Leroy really does not prove much love for their job as they chase behind a gurney that somehow got away from them; just one of their many silly mishaps. Also along with the team is Jennifer a.k.a Jugs, a beautiful secretary who wants to prove she can be just one of the guys while secretly studying how to become a paramedic.

Unfortunately for her, a more structured assistant Speed is added to the team. Speed is a former cop under investigation of drug charges who want to start anew and has chosen F&B as his choice of career. However the company is one step away from bankruptcy, so the drivers come together to find a way to save F&B from becoming extinct, coming up with solutions along with their sleazeball boss Harry Fishbine.
