A former government agent has had a troubled past. He becomes pen pals with a girl living in an orphanage. They become confidantes to each other. A group come along and take all of the girls from the orphanage. The ex-agent decides to investigate for himself where they are now. It turns out that the group want to deal in human trafficking and are planning on selling the girls. The agent enlists the help of a cop and a male orphan to rescue the girls and stop the bad guys.
