Police inspector Ho is challenged by a thief who has stolen precious art objects. This thief asks for a 20 million dollar ransom but when he finally lays hand on the loot, he gives the money back and asks for a 100 million dollar ransom this time. Ho is selected to deliver the money. He communicates by phone with the thief who guides him during a whole day through Hong Kong.
