Michael Vartan plays Tyler Briggs in this ultra low budget movie. Tyler's mother dies and she leaves him everything; the house, car, and some money. His brothers and father are shocked they got nothing but Tyler doesn't care. He packs up his stuff and heads out to the coast where he meets Jack (Norman Reedus) at a spot where Tyler had good memories with his mom. They become quick friends and Tyler starts hanging out with Jack and his buddies. A little while later Sandy (Kari Wuhrer), Jack's sister shows up at the beach and within 30 seconds of screen time Tyler falls in love with Sandy and they are seen on the beach kissing and cuddling. Then Tyler's obnoxious brothers and father show up. The brothers attempt to rape Sandy and this causes all kinds of strife as Jack seeks retribution and Sandy wants to forget about it.
