Jeanne is a film director currently shooting her next movie with two young actors on the Atlantic coast of France. The screenplay of the film implies a lot of intimate and sex scenes she's about to shoot now. But the young actors don't go along well and the first day of shooting is a disaster. Jeanne must mime each scene in front of them and remind them that cinema is not reality. She has to convince them that the task of the actors is to persuade the audience that the couple on the screen is really in love even if the actors don't talk to each other in the real life. Jeanne is also having self-doubts about her work which don't lighten the atmosphere on the set. Tomorrow is the great day : the actor and the actress shall be naked on the bed and they'll have to play an important love scene. Jeanne has even ordered a prosthetic sex organ for the male actor. Just in case.
