Martin is called on to investigate the murder scene, which he shockingly finds out about the death of his own partner. Looking for clues of what could possibly trigger the killer motives and who the killer might be, Martin is set up to work with a new partner Leo Larsen. Larsen is ready alongside Martin to find the killer.

Martin and Larsen gather up information on possible leads, prositutes, pimps, bikers, jail guards; people with connections involving the crime and they'd also research on Martin's old partner that he'd never knew before. This research reminds him of a case he once told his partner about two years back, that may struck his interest and could have gotten involved into that led to his death. Also the victims who rode the bus early that morning may been involved in a setup too, which make the case for both Martin and Larsen much more interesting.
