Bella anticipates seeing Edward on the second day of school, but Edward disappears for several days. When he returns, they talk for the first time in class.

After school, a car skids out in the rain and heads for Bella. Edward jumps in front of the car and saves Bella by stopping the car with his hand. Bella keeps asking Edward how he stopped the car with his hand. Edward insists that he had an adrenaline rush.

One day when Bella is out in the city, she gets attacked by a group of drunk men while she is walking in an alley. Edward appears in his car and saves her.

After he saves her, Bella and Edward have dinner together at a restaurant. When Edward is driving Bella home, Bella feels Edward's skin and it is ice cold. Combined with the fact that his eyes change colors, Bella's research leads her to find out that Edward is a vampire.

Bella confronts Edward, and Edward admits that he is a vampire. Edward and Bella fall in love. Their love is interrupted when another vampire thirsts for Bella's blood. Edward must save Bella and destroy the vampire that wants to kill her.
Best part of story, including ending: This story had a great message about love. The connection between Edward and Bella was very strong. The fact that Edward had to save Bella from the evil vampire made this a very good story.

Best scene in story: The part when they talk in class for the first time is a very good scene. I like this scene because of strong interaction between Edward and Bella. This scene set the mood for the rest of the story.

Opinion about the main character: I liked Bella because she was a unique person. Her character was very sweet. She was not afraid when she found out the truth about Edward, and this made her very honorable.
