Kelsey Schroder doesn't have time for romance, with her job running a charitable organization. The men available to her leave her cold, and she is shocked one day to recieve a visit from Fairy "Godperson," Sebastian. Sebastian, a wildly dressed and gorgeous magical being, is equally confused, since he can only cater to young children.

Sebastian confers with his superiors to see about the mixup, but Kelsey hopes somehow the red tape stretches long, since it's been a while since she's been attracted to a man. While they await word from the fairy's bosses, Kelsey and Sebastian get to know each other very intimately, in dressing rooms and car washes, unleashing Kelsey's sexual desires.
Their relationship, though, is not entirely based on sex. Sebastian admires Kelsey's dedication to help the less fortunate, and makes himself useful with his own skills. It is a common ground that brings the two even closer together, until Sebestian is called before his superiors to decide his fate.
