Fingerprints Book Summary and Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Fingerprints

Robyn Hart was an investigative journalist when her husband has been killed in a fire after they have uncover the corruption and illegal activities of one powerful mob. When one of the mob members threatened her one night, Robyn immediately surrendered to the FBI to go under Witness Protection Program. After many months, she was now transformed into Carly Quinn, a quiet town schoolteacher. She had even changed her physical features. She however was wary of socializing with people after that threatening night so she was hesitant to make friends with her nice and handsome neighbor Ryan Cornell, a lawyer. But Ryan slowly won her over and they got into a relationship. Carly however did not disclose to Ryan her past. And Ryan was getting suspicious that she was hiding something until one evening when someone tipped him off about her identity. Through research he found out Carly's past and it didn't matter that Carly hid it from him because he realized that he loves her. Carly received news that the mob leader would go into trial and she needed to stand in as primary witness. Carly knew that her life would be thrown into danger again and Ryan made sure that she would be guarded all the time. Unfortunately the mob had hired an inside man and was able to abduct Carly. Ryan with the help of the FBI agents hurried to save Carly before it's too late.
