Shortly after being knighted, Alanna is finally able to face with him in a clash of swords, before she sets out into the world to seek adventure.

Alanna is also faced with female teenage problems. She wants to learn more about being a girl and doing girly kinds of things. She and Jon are interested in each other, but George also has his eye on her.
