Sam is excited when she hears the famous Inez Garcia and her stunt horse, Bayfire, are coming to River Bend Ranch for film shooting. Known for his sparkle and fire, the stallion is welcomed warmly by everyone, but Sam can tell something is wrong. Upon meeting the beautiful stallion, she realizes his sparkling energy is gone.

With her friend Jake, she gets ready to try and fix Bayfire's problem. So far, everything goes well, and Sam is confident she and Jake can help Bayfire in no time at all. When they get ready for the most dangerous stunt of the new movie, Sam is astonished at Garcia's offer to become a back up rider for the scene.
