The Chinaman Book Summary and Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of The Chinaman

A Vietnamese war veteran and former refugee, nicknamed THE CHINAMAN by his enemies, goes into action when his wife and daughter are killed in an IRA terrorist attack in London. As the authorities are of no use to him when he persistently harasses them into solving the case, he decideds to take matters into his own hands and take on the IRA High Command. But it is soon revealed that a score of high-profile terrorist attacks in the UK are actually the work of a renegade Irish splinter group, and it seems that both sides are after one goal . . . to stop the bombings and preserve the peace process.
