G.A. McKevett Message Board

posts on 9/25/2006 7:22:33 PM Thank you so much for your books! I started reading this past year and couldn't wait to get the next book each time I finished one. I just finished Corpse Suzette, and I do believe it is the best one yet. By the way, I think Jean Smart would be great as Savannah, but I think she may be a little old for the part...sorry...Reba with a little weight might work! Thanks again! Can't wait for the next one.
posts on 9/25/2006 6:32:23 PM Jean Smart would do a superb job ... but she's not southern?!
posts on 9/22/2006 1:08:57 AM Thanks, Marie! Wouldn't Jean make a lovely Savannah? I always enjoyed her on Designing Women. Anybody out there know Delta Burke or Jean Smart? If you're buddies with these ladies, please slip them a Savannah Mystery! Sonja (G.A. McKevett)

posts on 9/21/2006 8:58:20 PM I love the books, and would also like to see them made into a movie series. How about Jean Smart to play Van?
posts on 9/14/2006 2:49:53 AM Lynn, You've read them all? Now there's a faithful fan. Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed Peaches and Screams. I had a lot of fun taking Savannah home to Georgia and her wacky family. Hey, you have to read Corpse Suzette now; it's one of my best...she said humbly. :) All the best, Sonja
posts on 9/12/2006 1:48:25 PM I just finished Peaches and Screams and did it in a matter of two days - I could not put your book down. I officially have read them all with the exception of your latest "Corpse Suzette!" PLEASE don't stop there...Savannah is wonderful! Besides I have to find out if she and Dirk are ever going to hook up!
posts on 9/11/2006 11:26:42 PM Desiree, It's great to hear from you again. How are you and your mom? :) What lovely ladies you are. xoxoxo Sonja
posts on 9/11/2006 2:26:48 PM Thanks for clearing up the hair issue. I thought I was going crazy. I couldn't figure out why I was thinking that Van had dark hair. I'm glad to hear that I'm still this side of the nut house. Thanks again Desi
posts on 9/3/2006 10:07:28 PM Ashley, there's no reason for you to be ashamed. If you need a real reason to be ashamed, I'll give you one of mine. :) I figured you thought Savannah is a redhead because I am. Quite understandable.
posts on 9/2/2006 12:29:30 AM ::ashamed:: I'll go re-read 'Just Desserts' again ... I guess it's been a while. Perhaps I thought that because you're a redhead, so was she .... hmm ....
