Because I read the four Sons of the Dark books that were out and Vanessa, Serena, Catty, Jimena, and Tianna were all mentioned and Catty had a lot to do with the third SOFD book... but what ever.
This website said that Kyle, Obie, Sam, and Berto might be mentioned in the 13th Daughters of the Moon book. Hey, does anyone know if that's the last one?

no sons of dark is a whole seperate series even though it has to do with some of the same things. the 13th book is for daughters of the moon

How can there be a 13th book id the Sons of the Dark Series is out? I mean, that's pretty much kind of like the sequel series, right?

I want lynne ewing to write more books like daughters of the moon with magic and teens and forbidden loves. I almost cried at the end of every book knowing that the series will soon be over. when I read a book like this I feel like I lost a very close and loving friend. like in a forbidden love!! I am so sad :(

oh well yeah i guess. i can't believe catty is like with her father but i guess we'll find out the whole story when the book comes out.

I don't know how or if she's going to explain it but I don't see why she wouldn't. I don't think Lynne would end the series without finishing up on all the big loose ends.

yeah but what about serena and stanton? what happens with them is she going to explain that?

Well the main plot is about the Daughters fighting the Atrox/Catty and the sub plot is Vanessa's birthday (at least that's what I assume based on the info we've been given) so it really wouldn't be that hard to end it. It makes me think that there will be loose ends which makes me sad.
