Delanie posts on 1/15/2009 8:12:49 PM Mary, In guided reading my group is reading Time for Andrew a very entertaining book. I am enjoying reading your great literature and can't put this book down. I think the purpose is to entertain. If it is then it is doing a great job of doing so. I have not finished it but can't wait to. This is one of the best books I read in my whole entire life. I hope you write a book somewhat like this. I am planning on reading another book by you Wait til Helen comes. So far this was the BEST (and I mean it) guided reading book I have read. I really, really enjoy your creative writing. I hope you continue to write fabulous books just like you are especially ones that are entertaining as the authors point. Writing books must make you very, very, very busy so I must end this long long paragraph soon.
Cameron posts on 1/15/2009 9:10:24 AM Time for Andrew is a great book! I love it because you can never tell what happens next. I also love it because I like entertaining books, and this is an entertaining book.I haven't finished the book yet, but i'm almost finished. If you like ghost stories, you would love this book.

Katie posts on 1/14/2009 7:49:35 PM I think Time for Andrew is an awesome book. I'm reading it in school and I have two chapters to go! This book's purpose is to entertain. I love this book! It also has many mysteries. The mysteries are very interesting. In fact, the whole book is interesting! I've read many books, but I think this is my favorite! Mary Downing Hahn is a very, very, very good writer. I can get a really good picture in my mind about whats going on. She has written many books but this is my favorite! I love this book so much, and I hope you do to!
Tanner posts on 1/14/2009 1:38:15 PM I think that Time For Andrew was written to entertain. It was a very confusing story when the two kids switching lives. It was very entertaining when Andrew started boxing with Edward. I think that great grandfather is Andrew or Theo. I'm starting to wonder why buster can tell the difference between Drew and Andrew, and Andrew's family can't. Although I haven't finished the book I still think it is one of the best I've read in a long time. I hope you right some new books.
