posts on 10/11/2006 8:37:12 PM Sharon Draper is whole different kind of type of book. it actully realates to some peoples life. its amazing how one personchange away people feel if they lost someone so close them disappear without a good bye. am=nd how fathers amd mothers arent very loving if they act like monique and jordan as a legal gurdian. its funny how you feel so far away from each other than when they are gone you want them back. you might think that this is from a high schooler just trying to express her feeling, but this is actully a little sixth grade curious to find out what Sharon Draper is cookin in thoose books of her. entered in 10/11/06
posts on 10/5/2006 11:11:54 PM I dont really like to read unless the book is REALLY REALLY interesting. So if im reading Ms. Sharon's books then they MUST be good. I have already read Tears of a Tiger & Darkness Before Dawn more than once but im still in the process of reading the other wonderful books she has written.
posts on 10/2/2006 12:33:29 PM I've read Tears of a Tiger 3 times. I feel as if the book has a lot of similarity to the things teenagers go through now. When I first read the book I didn't have much knowledge about such, but it was touching. After losing a close classmate a day before school started my eleventh grade year in a car accident. I felt somewhat like his classmates may have felt and I acknowledge Ms. Sharon Draper for writing the story.

posts on 9/12/2006 11:38:00 AM i think that you should write a lot more books just like Tears of a Tiger and the rest of the books in the trilogy because in all of the books i just couldn't stop reading i read Tears of a Tiger, Forged by Fire and Darkness before Dawn in three days i hope you continue to write books like that because they are really deep and even though they are sad they get you thinking
