They go to Las Vegas and meet the girl. The girl, unbeknownst to the teens, plants a stolen govt. microchip on one of them. She sends them to Washington D.C., telling them their tv is there.
The teens travel to Washington, to the white house.
Meanwhile, the FBI has been tracking and following the teens, always just missing them. However, they finally catch up to them in Washington. They're able to retrieve the chip before any harm is done.
The teens, none the wiser, are sent back home. As they walk done the street, toward home, they find a tv in someone's junk pile. They pick it up and return home happy to have a tv again.

Beavis and Butt-head, the dimwitted animated MTV darlings of the 90's, wake up and discover that their TV is missing. They set off on a quest all across America to retrieve it, but are mixed up in a terrorist plot and a sadistic FBI agent (voiced by Robert Stack) will stop at nothing to catch them. The empty headed teens manage to somehow survive on their trip with the help of many celebrity voiced bikers, hippies, Motley Crue roadies, etc.
