After his first outing Chev Chelios finds himself in a precarious situation. His body was scraped off of the street and Chinese black-market surgeons employed by Chinese mobsters took out his heart and replaced it with an artificial one. The only problem with the new ticker is that it requires insane amounts of electricity to stay charged. This sends Chelios on a quest through downtown Los Angeles in search of his organic, one-of-a-kind heart, all the while making sure his fake one gets ample amounts of electricity via unconventional means.

Best part of story, including ending:
The story is just an excuse to send Chev Chelios on an insanely debaucherous, epic journey to retrieve his heart. The film is an all-out action spectacle and the story is just their to fill-in-the-clanks.
Best scene in story:
When Chelios gets into a shoot out with the main antagonist at the end of the film. It's equal parts action packed and hilarious.
Opinion about the main character:
The man is willing to do all that it takes to survive, an admirable if not logical thing to do as a human.
