Three lazybones friends manufacture a firebomb and place it in a cinema. Pearl, a sadistic young girl, has observed the scene, follows the bombers and starts to manipulate them. The four criminals plan more and more daring acts up to the day they steal a wallet containing an important sum of money, in Japanese bonds, belonging to some mysterious organisation.
As they try to sell their bonds, our petty criminals will have to face Pearl's brother who is a Hong Kong policeman in charge of "the bomb" case and vicious killers who'll make them regret to have chosen the criminal career.
