Vietnam veteran Jon Rubins recently moved in the Greenwich village area in New York City. He inspired is to become the next big thing as a producer- producing pornographic images of people, particuarly of those in the apartment building adjacent to his, which full of swinger couples involved in racy actions.

Rubins' work can be described as a Peep Art type of film of actual real life couples, and one of his main focus is on Judy, a fellow neighbor which he tries to seduce and create a actual love affair with. What seems to be Rubins is actually is falling for her, but apparently he is not. His focus is to get her as one of the actress for his art flicks. Trying to talk his way for her to make love for the camera does not goes in plan quite well; as well as sending his work to a famous pornograhic giant Joe Banner which his idea to Banner goes to pieces as well.
Yet more driven, Rubins set his sight on the next big thing, television. Rubins get involved in the most unexpectant film production for a bunch of wannabe Black Panthers group and join their radical piece in a production called "Be Black Baby". The flim encounters stories which can be described as full of liberal guilt.
