Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Machete Kills

Machete hunts down those supplying the Mexican drug cartels with the help of his beautiful woman, Santana. When a gang's masked leader shoots and kills Santana, Machete is arrested by a crooked sheriff who can't wait to hang him. However, the President calls to stop Machete's execution; he needs Machete's help dealing with a national security threat in Mexico. A lunatic named Marcos has gotten hold of a nuclear weapon and threatens to launch it at America. America can't technically intervene... but they can unofficially send Machete to go kill Marcos and neutralize the situation. Machete heads to Mexico, where he learns that Marcos has the missile launch wired into his heart, so if his heart stops beating, the nuclear launch sequence begins. He learns, while bringing Marcos back to America, that Marcos is a former secret agent who tried to do right, driven insane by the cartel who tortured and killed his family. His insanity led him to collaborate with the man who built the nuclear device, the corrupt CEO of a weapons manufacturing business named Voz. Voz has a hit put out on Machete and Marcos, and it's up to Machete to find a way to stop Voz and save America.
