Two teenagers are on vacation for a weekend in Miami at a private resort with their families and they use the time to go after rich girls. Jack (Depp) tries to seduce a married woman and encounters the wrath of the Maestro (Hector Elizondo), a jewel thief at the resort pursuing a diamond necklace belonging to a society woman. Suddenly, Jack and Ben (Morrow) have their hands full running from the jewel thief, but are still trying to get the girls.
