Scotland Yard Supt. Bellaver must solve the case of a psychopath killing young women. After a wild chase, the psycho prefers to commit suicide rather to surrender. The investigation leads the police to Vincent Price, a doctor who conducts secret experiments in his house, trying to give life to a super-race of synthetic men made of blood and non organic tissues. British and foreign politicians are very interested in his work.
