After moving to a new school, a girl becomes obsessed with a member of the swimteam. Despite having a girlfriend he sleeps with the new girl. After the guy tries to break it off the girl goes crazy and makes his life difficult. She sabotages his chances for a scholarship, kills one of his friends and tries to kill his girlfriend. After finding out she'd done this before, the guy tricks her into confessing. She escapes custody and tries to drown his recovering girlfriend, but he arrives just in time to save her.
