The setting is Seoul, South Korea. Detective Cho is asked to find the serial killer who's haunting the city. All the victims were lovers of the beautiful Chae Su-Yeon whom Cho decides to hide in his own apartment. The killer is particularly sadīstic as he dismembers his victims before leaving the remains in bags scattered through Seoul.
