Po is living his dream of being a kung fu Dragon Warrior in his hometown of Valley Peace, China. Po asks his father about his origins, and his father tells him that he found him as an infant and adopted him. Po searches for more answers about his origins. Kung fu master Shifu receives word that evil Shen is plotting to destroy the kung fu tradition and conquer China. Po and the kung fu group called Furious Five set out to stop Shen. On their way, they are captured by wolves and taken to Shen's tower. Po and the others free themselves and escape from the tower. The Furious Five are captured as Po searches for answers to his origin. Po sets out to save the Furious Five. Po must stop Shen from conquering China.
