This story is about a boy name Logan struggling with life as a young adult when his family learns he is homosexual. Logan is a child and he is living with his mother. He had no memory of his father. His mother then marries a man named George who is a mechanic. George also has a young son named Tim. Because his mother married they needed to move to a different state. George had a drinking problem is often abusive to Logan. Logan and Tim however get along real well and are close. Logan's mother tries to defend Logan at times but cannot stand against George as he is abusive to her also. Tim soon moves out and goes to college. Logan begins showing signs that he is gay and is eventually kick out by George. Logan then tries staying with Tim for a while in his college dorm and Logan begins a relationship with another young man who goes to college named Aaron. Logan fears Tim learning his gay and decides to leave he asks Aaron if he could stay with Aaron but Aaron refuses as no one knows he is gay. Logan starts sleeping on the streets and a police officer notices him and forces Logan to give him oral sex and afterwards gives Logan money and that is how Logan starts surviving but prostituting himself to gay men. He finds a boyfriend and starts living with him. Things are well until his boyfriend has an angry outburst and tries to kill Logan, feeling scared for his life Logan runs out into the street not bringing anything with him and tries hiding away from him. An older man find Logan and offers him a place to stay. Logan tries to give him sexual pleasure but the man refuses as he just wants to help him. Logan begins to get his life on track by getting a job and working towards getting a driver's license as soon as things were getting well for him Logan get's a call and his life is turned upside down again.

Best part of story, including ending: I like that it is about a young man trying to survive despite the odds against him.

Best scene in story: My favorite scene is when Logan was happy and stop prostituting himself because it show that he was really trying to change.

Opinion about the main character: I like that Logan is a strong individual.
