27 year old Latisha Fenshaw has just received the shock of her young life when she discovers that her boyfriend, Graham Jefferson, is a married man. Although Latisha is shattered by the news, the one bright spot on the horizon is that Graham has given Latisha the deed to the home they vacationed at in Rye, New York. Latisha has headed to the farmhouse in Rye in order to lick her wounds and contemplate her future without Graham. Latisha receives a stunning surprise when an attractive man shows up at the house and announces that he is the actual owner of the property. The man introduces himself as Bren Hunter and tells Latisha that her former lover played a nasty trick on her and that he is the actual owner of the home. Before she departs New York, Latisha discovers that Graham's real name is Alan Clayton and that he is married to Bren's sister.
