posts on 9/25/2006 1:45:42 PM Tom bombadil was in the hobbit too. Legolas was my favourite character, and not because of orlando bloom, he's so gay, no offense, Aragorn is quite good too.
posts on 9/25/2006 7:28:38 AM Yes, I also like the elegant ways of the elves! Anyway, I don't think anything real suspicious of that Tom person. He just seemed like a happy-go-lucky person, although I only read the first of the LOTR book, was he in any others?
posts on 9/21/2006 8:46:57 PM I love elves to with there long blond hair and sleek, no graceful moves. I like Legolas and Aragorn the best. I guess Gandalf too!

posts on 9/8/2006 12:09:10 AM Yep - Sauron was a Maia, which is a middle race between the Valar & the rest of the species of M-E. Also of this race are Gandalf, Saruman, & the rest of the Istari, also Melian, mother of Luthien. Sauron was a pupil of Aulė before he turned to Morgoth. Wow, I think my first post ever here was about the origins of Sauron.
