The setting is the winter station of Courchevel in the French Alps. Micky (Coluche) and Pascal (Lhermitte) are longtime friends; Pascal is handsome and the wealthy owner of a sport shop while Micky is fat and works every night as a DJ in a local night-club. Micky uses to comfort Pascal each time his friend is kissed off by a girl.
One day, Pascal introduces Viviane, a girl he's met the day before, to Micky. Pascal has asked her to stay at his home and he wants his friend to take care of her while he is working. Micky, after a period of distrust, is soon attracted by the young woman who doesn't mind sleeping with both friends. But Micky is tortured by remorses and doesn't want to lose his friend Pascal who doesn't see what's going on in his own home.
