Richard Chance is a hot-dog Secret Service agent whose aging partner and mentor, Jimmy Hart, is days away from retirement. As a last action, Hart decides to take down Eric Masters, a counterfeiter. While at Masters's desert compund, Hart is killed by Masters in a very brutal manner. Chance becomes obsessed with revenge, and as he aims toward his goal, his behavior becomes more and more criminal. An overlooked film.
