She starts to look through her purse and finds her name on her driver's license and finds out other little clues from the messages that have been left on her machine. Slowly she finds out she produces a expose type show. But something knocked her on the head and she now doesn't feel quite so much like digging up the dirt is something she should do. She confides in her boss and he helps her to try to get familiar with her job again and covers for her while she tries to figure out what happened to her.

While going with her boss to interview a widower of a murder victim, she finds the case is tied to her own circumstances. Through investigating a long ago murder, and a more current one, Ariel finally discovers she must have known something before she got amnesia. But what was it? Hopefully she'll figure it out before he tries to kill her again.
