Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman Summary Study Guide

Detailed plot synopsis reviews of Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine

Characters

Eleanor Oliphant: Eleanor is a depressed loner with very few social skills. She has a dead end job and lives alone and gets drunk and has no friends. She's also kind of a retard.

Raymond: Raymond is Eleanor's platonic boyfriend. He's very sensitive, cares only about Eleanor's well being, and never tries to bone her. In short, the perfect imaginary boyfriend for frigid women.

Sammy: An old man who Raymond saves from dying, who later dies.

Mom: Eleanor's Mom. She drugs Eleanor, straps her to a bed, then lights her on fire, but afterwards always calls her each week to see how she's doing. Heh heh heh.
