Allie: Allie is a girl who gets the power to zap people with electric shocks. She changes her name to Eve and starts a feminist lesbian religion, and plots to take over the small country of Moldova and make it a place where women can munch carpets in peace.
Roxy: Roxy is another girl with the power. Her parents are drug dealers so they tend to die a lot.
Bernie: Bernie is Roxy's Dad. He sells drugs.
Darrell: Darrell is Roxy's brother. When they cut her electricity thing out of her they put it into Darrell.
Jos: Jos, or Jocelyn, is another girl with the power. Only her power doesn't work too well, it causes her pain and menstrual cramps.

Margot: Margot is Jos's mom. She starts a camp to train girls who have the power, to create an army of women to take over the world. Margot starts out as mayor of a small town then becomes a governor and a senator.
Tunde: Tunde is a black guy from Nigeria who is a journalist, taking video of girls using their power. Various women use his large black penis for sex.
