Allie persuades the police to let the woman go to the hospital. They bashed the woman's head open and her brains were spilling out, heh heh heh.
Tunde is in India and a woman zaps him and pulls off his pants and tries to rape him, but then he is rescued by some other women who zap the first woman.
Jos meets a boy named Ryan who can also zap people, though not as strongly as girls. She dates him a bit and then breaks up with him. I don't know why because Ryan's plotline seems to go nowhere.
Roxy gets involved in selling narcotics named "Glitter". Narcotics can help girls zap men more effectively.
Margot, who is Jos's mom, becomes governor of Wisconsin. She tells Jos to break up with Ryan. We weren't even aware that Jos was seeing Ryan romantically.

Jos is on patrol at the Northstar lesbian training camp when they capture a man trying to break in. Jos fries his brain "accidentally". Ooops!
Margot is no longer a governor but is now a senator. She goes to Moldova, which has been renamed Bessapara by Tatiana, the new ruler. Bessapara is supposed to be the new carpet munching paradise for women.
Margot agrees to send girl soldiers from Northstar, the lesbian training camp she helped set up, to help Tatiana zap the man-rebels.
Jos is having trouble with her zapping abilities. They are causing her pain. She goes to Allie to get herself cured. Allie cures her, but it sounds like they're having sex:
Allie gives a little push. More than she’d usually do, but this girl doesn’t have enough sensitivity to feel what exactly she’s doing, probably. Jocelyn gasps. Allie gives another three short, hard pushes. And there. The thing is sparkling now. Thrumming like an engine. There. Jocelyn says, ‘Oh God. I can feel it.’
Doesn't it sound like Allie is using a strapon dildo on Jocelyn? Read between the lines.
Her skein is humming steadily, evenly. She can feel now that thing that the other girls say they’ve felt: the gentle, filling sensation as each cell in her skein pumps ions across membranes and the electric potential increases.

So Allie cures Jos and enables her to zap people like the other girls.
Meanwhile, Tatiana, the ruler of Moldova treats the men around her like slaves.
‘Did I tell you to speak?’ she says. He drops his eyes to the floor. ‘Just like a man,’she says. ‘Does not know how to be silent, thinks we always want to hear what he has to say, always talking talking talking, interrupting his betters.’
Tatiana has him lick brandy off the ground with his tongue to humiliate him.
Allie thinks this is a bad thing, and she tells Roxie that she may replace Tatiana with Roxie as head of the new lesbian government.
Roxie gets captured by some evil men and they drug her so she can't zap them. Roxie realizes that her dad Bernie is the one who captured her. They cut out her electricity generating organ and implant it in her brother Darrell. She escapes and runs away.
Meanwhile, Tatiana orders that every man in lesbian-land must have a woman guardian and that men cannot travel alone without a permission slip from a woman. Any man without a woman guardian will be chained up and sentenced to hard labor, and any man disobeying these rules will be executed.
Men are no longer permitted to drive cars, to own businesses, or to vote. Women can zap men when they are misbehaving.
Allie uses a new skill on Tatiana, mind control, and gets her to sign new laws giving Allie's lesbian church expanded powers.
Tunde, realizing that with Tatiana's new rules making men slaves, that he wasn't safe in her new lesbian country. So, instead of doing the smart thing and leaving, he decides to wander around the countryside.
A woman sees him and starts chasing him. Tunde escapes and hides in a small town. He learns that Tatiana has spread the false news that he is dead.
