Well, I am about to go upstairs and curl up with the last Libba Bray book. I have 200 pages left which I will probably finish within an hour.
Even though EVERYONE on her has ruined the ending for me, I'm sure the ending will be amazing.
I will cry. No doubt about it. I hate finishing a series. I get all upset know that there won't be another.
Man, I was bawling after I read the last Harry Potter book.
Anyways, I'll go now.
Anyone know when the movie is coming out?

Kertik had better be hott, I'm serious, with all of the passionate scenes and such, I picture his as nothing less than peeeeeeeeerfect. Pipa too. I have images in my head and if they are let down... I shall cry, as I'm sure any fan would.

I JUST finished the book like 5 min ago....wow! that is all i can sayyyy. I got on here to see if there was goin to be a fourth book but from the looks of it there isnt. That is sad, but understandable. I read the last like four chapters tonight but i read where Kartik died today in study hall and i was so sad and shocked i kept saying "no are you serious, this cant happen, ugh no." I def. cried....and i cried at the end. But it was an excelent book...def one of my favorite books of allll time! I mean i guess its understandable she isnt writting another one though. She leaves the end of this one open, so you can make your own interpretation. It was amazing. Thats all i can say really. :)

Ugh. I am really upset. I loved Kartik. Well, where I am reading now, he is still alive. I'll just dwell on that or something.
I hope the movie does not put the book to shame.
That is an incredible series.
I wish there were more books to read from it. I will probably cry when I finish it.

i am very worried about the actor for Kartik in the movie...i looked at the book promos they have online for AGATB and the kartik was awful! i really hope they can find someone suitable though he is a really complex character and i think no matter what i will be disappointed...

I hear they are making it into a movie. i just hope they don't mess up the book, or try to cram all three books into one movie. My friend lent me the first book, and i went out and bought the second and third book before I had even finished the first one! I was crying at the end of The Sweet Far Thing (i am very emotional). I can't wait until the movie, and like I said, i hope they don't mess it up....

I cried for two whole days when I finally read about Kartik about his death. Why must the good, brave, and mysterious guys die!!!! Gemma could have married him and they would have had a great life together but thanks to Libba hes dead but the book was so awesome that it softened the blow.

That's becaue there isn't one :) The director's working on another project right now. So it definitely won't be coming out this year.

i'm rereading too!! I already read AGATB and am now reading RA and I'm picking up things i didn't before. But this is like the 3rd time i've read both these books. I also just looked up the movie online, but i can't find a cast or anything, just the director and that the stunts.

Yeah, unfortunately, that seems to be the common case. I wish it was still like the older movies, where the author wrote the screenplay. I think authors should have much more say in the films based on their books- as long as they choose to have more say, of course.
