I too am waiting for the "T" book....
I asked my local bookseller and they said no publishing date is available yet. When, oh when will Kinsey be eating another Quarter Pounder for us?!

Diane Mott Davidson's books are very entertaining. Her main character is Goldie, a caterer who always finds herself in the middle of murder and mayhem.

I just picked up James Patterson's Women's Murder Club series (1st to Die, 2nd Chance, 3rd Degree....). It is about four women who solve crimes, set in San Fran. There are only 5 books thus far but I enjoy them.

other books that contain a female protagonist like Kinsey would be Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum Series, J.D> Robb's In Death Series, Patricia Conrwell's Kay Scrapetta Series, or Tess Gerritsen's Jane Rizzoli Series

On Sue Grafton's website it says that her next book will be called T is for Trespass and will be published late in 2007.
