LaVyrle Spencer Message Board

posts on 5/30/2006 5:31:49 AM Does anyone know exactly why a terrific authour who had so much yet to give her greedy reading fans, retired? Does she still live in MN, do you know? Is the result of living in the midwest a part of why an author cannot continue to be well-known and continue to write? I miss her so much!

posts on 4/30/2006 7:12:57 PM Which of LaVyrle Spencer's books has the bath tub scene. The couple is in the bath tub, drinking beer (maybe root)and singing away?
posts on 4/24/2006 8:19:37 PM First of all, let me say that I only recently started reading LaVyrle's novels and am thoroughly enjoying them. Is she aware that the publisher printed the wrong name of the heroine on page 179 of the hardcover version of FORGIVING?!! She is addressed as Miss Campbel but her name is Miss Merritt.
