Lori Wick Message Board

monica posts on 11/30/2006 1:37:02 AM I too have read every book Lori Wick has written and have loved every single one of them. I am anxiously awaiting her new book (due out next year). Dee Henderson is another one of my favorites. I have read all but two of her books. She has a different style than Lori, but if you haven't read any of Dee's, and you love Lori, try "The Marriage Wish" and "God's Gift". Those are two great ones that you might like.

posts on 10/10/2006 9:32:06 AM I have read every book that Lori has written and I am struggling to find another author that keeps my attention the way Lori's books do. I have read others that say they don't want the book to be over and I feel the same way. If there are others who have found other authors close to her writing please let me know. Thanks!
posts on 10/9/2006 6:39:52 PM I have readthe first two books in the Californians series and I have started Sean Donovan. I have read all of the Place Called Home series. I have really enjoyed Lori's sweet natured characters in the books I have read. They make me want to change my attitude to a nicer person. I have a hard time going on with other things in my daily routine, as I can't put the books down. Keep up the good writing and I plan to read all of the books I can get hold of and any new books she comes up weith.
posts on 7/17/2006 5:19:59 PM Hello all, I just thought that I would tell you that I have just finshed listening to the last book in the Tucker Mills. I felt like with all of her books I didn't want it to come to a end. I am now going back and listen to the books in order. Which is always a good thing to do. Don't get me wrong I buy both the book and then the book on tape. I have Dyslexia and it somethimes helps to hear the way a name is pronouced but I love both ways. Take care and have a good day. posts on 7/17/2006 3:42:06 PM I don't know if Ms. Wick reads these, but I had to say what I am feeling. Her books are more than inspirational; I find for myself that they are lifechanging. Don't get me wrong- no book will ever replace the Bible in regards to shedding GOD's light, but twice now my life has changed for the better after reading one of her books. Ten years ago I realized that I wasn't saved as I sat reading The Hawk and the Jewel, and for the past six weeks, I have greatly changed my lifestyle. It wasn't until I finished reading The Visitor that I realised my reasons for discontinuing my promiscuous behavior. There is love out there- love based on what GOD intended it to be. So, on the off chance that Ms. Wick sees these- my many thanks for sharing what GOD puts on your heart.
Joki Lopez posts on 3/15/2006 2:01:21 PM I am almost done reading The Proposal and I dont want it to end. I have about 10 pages to go but I want the book to last. Someone posted a comment that resembles how I feel, she said that she is transported into the book. I too feel that way when I was reading the book. I love it! I loved all the characters in the book. I cant wait to start reading the next book.
