I have just completed the final book of the trilogy. My Niece wanted to read these books, so i went out an got them for her. Needless to say, she hasnt gotten but the first one from me lol I couldnt put them down! I have never cried with such feelings while reading. He is an amazing man to go through the life he has gone through. May god be with him, his wife and son Stephen. I will be sure to look up the brothers book as well. Thank you for the blunt honesty that so many are still hiding from.

So how come both boys remember events that happend when they are 3 and 4 years old but cannot remember things from when they were much older? Richard claims in his book to have no idea who his brother was when he came to his fathers funeral and yet David claims to have visited a few months before his dads death and Richard answered the door to him

Of course stories will be different. Ask a sibling about a life story and it will certainly be seen different then the way you saw it. Now add being nice to them and not you. This is a true story and I am shocked by the cruelty. This happens in todays world as well. Everyday. Wake up you people and protect your children in your neighborhoods and schools! I know, because foster care is full of these children and being a foster mom, my suggestion to you is to get your license and help give this kids a place to stay and grow.

yes, I believe both David and his brother. They would have no reason to create such horrific stories just for money. it would be an evil thing. If they do earn a little $ from it, so what. That woman and her husband should have both been put behind bars and all 5 sons in foster care.

What's up with you lot, of course he didn't lie and if his and his brother Richard's stories don't match it's because they were so young to remeber exactly what happened if they matched 100% it would sound a little rehearsed wouldn't it? David is a remarkable man and deserves to be so happy after what he has put up with.

Does anyone else notice that there are events in Dave and Richard's books that don't match up?
