Sylvia posts on 5/11/2007 2:11:45 AM Hi David, I found out about your first book from a total stranger. As of yet I havent read any of your books as I am finding it hard to get hold of two of them. I have at the moment A man named Dave but will not read it until I can get the other two. I have read a bit about you from Beyond the Bookshelf. YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION and I cant wait to read your books. I have my boxes of tissues ready. Kind Regards SYLVIA

Rebecca Watkins posts on 4/23/2007 2:39:09 PM I would just like to say to David Pelzer that he is an insperation to a lot of people who were abused not to take the abuse into adulthood with them.I don't know how much i cried reading A Boy Called "IT".I'm very happy that he made it out alive and someone recognized he was being abused. There's so much I want to ask and say to him if I ever get the chance to meet him.

Barry Sharland posts on 3/25/2007 9:47:42 PM The question was "which scene from Dave's books did I like the most". It was when Marsha accepted his proposal. I was abused as a child by my Mother - no way as bad as Dave was - and in mid life I am alone and finding it extremely difficult to trust other people or to like myself very much. Dave and Marsha give me hope - My life is in my hands. The amazing thing is I am an instructor in the Fire Service and I am good at it. I teach other people how to look after people but I struggle to look after myself. Dave Pelzer is helping me to see things in perspective and his story of finding Marsha inspires me not to give up
Cheslea posts on 3/25/2007 1:49:39 PM hi Dave, your books are the best!!! One of my dreams is to meet you in person! i would die happy!!! you are one GREAT man!!!!
