I hope the next book continues with the love story of Luke and Sarah. I'd like Sarah to be married to Luke but also become comfortable with the idea of motherhood and be excited to have Luke's baby. I think that would make an interesting storyline. I also would like to see Luke strengthening his relationships with his family - especially his Dad. I would like to see his Dad come around and be proud of his son, the man he's become and the work that he's doing.

I just completed the last in the Cape Light series (A Christmas Angel). I have so enjoyed this series and the characters. The characters are described in such detail that you can picture them in your mind.
I cannot wait as I know there has to be another book to follow....correct? We have to read the continuation of Molly and Matthew as well as Luke and Sarah. The one thing that confused me was Carl Tulley was mentioned a few times in A Christmas Angel but was called Joe Tulley each time. I did not realize until the last time mentioned that they were one and the same.
Thank you for an enjoyable read these last few months. I only have time to read during the holidays as I am a homeschool mother. I read the last 3 over Christmas.
Awaiting the next book!

Loved this book! They brought back my two favorite characters of Luke and Sara - they've been missing from the last few books - in substance at least - their names are only mentioned in passing whereas in Christmas Angel we're updated on their relationship and how things are going. I really enjoy the series and think the characters and situations are believable. My biggest complaint in the past with "Christian novels" is they always seem to think they must have a death to get people to "find God". Whereas in the Cape Light series (as well as the Mitford series) they use real life situations - pressures about jobs and careers, relationships with family members and the day to day grind of living to bring forth the Christian message. I think most of us can relate to some of the situations described. I also enjoyed how the writers had Dan come around with his feelings about the baby. Can't wait for the next book.
