Hey everyone. Sorry I've been awhile just got back from two weeks vacation.
Amy_Lee totally agree lunch with Pike, you'd think he could spare a little time for us. winks.
I agree I loved the female character also she was amazing in the book and I also saw Silence of the Lambs in it myself. It kept twisting and turning and just when I thought I had it worked out it would prove me wrong which I loved. I love the way she ended up getting advice from the phyco to track down Matt I think that was his name. I really should re-read it again, I think it's the type of book you'd appreciate more second read. I am currently reading Alosha to my grade five class and they love it. Can't get enough of it. Finally have a grade old enough to read it too which is wonderful. I find they are pleading with me to read more than the one chapter and each day and begging me to start. What excites them more is the fact I have the two books after. As for Nemi no word of course until the movie. I can't wait for this movie. Let's hope it's soon, or at least hear something.

Hey guys good to see everyone's return. i would also love to have a sit down lunch dicussion type thing with mr pike but i guess thats just wishful thinking! In regards about falling, such a great book, i really got into the female detectives character (i forget her name) she was really good, i personally think that this book was a mixture of Silence of the Lambs meets Crash (for anyone who has seen that film) really good book, it pulls on alot of heartstrings and emotions within us. What do you guys think?

Hey Amy_Lee so great to see you posting. Oh my gosh I never realised it's been so long since I've popped in. Where does time go. Lisa great to see you around too. How have you both been. Amy_Lee I knew you would love Falling. How good was it? I think I might re-read it. It had me spellbound right from the first chapter and there were so many twists and turns that I just didn't see coming.Maybe we should start a discussion on it. I don't know about anyone else but after reading it I just want another Pike book in my hands. He really is an author who you can't put down. I'd so love to have a seminar type luncheon with him answering all our questions. How great would that be. I did read about a month ago he was going to have an official myspace but I haven't as yet seen it. I so hope he gets it set up so we can finally ask him questions and find out what is going on regarding films and books.
As for Alosha the movie. I read it was for the big screen but I guess that all depends on budget, actors, script and more. Let's face it, it could be another Harry Potter done properly. I'm also dying for Nemi so your not alone there. We all want it. I think I may re-read them all too. I promise I shall start popping in at least once a week. If anyone wants to start the discussion on Falling I'll happy add to it. So great to see you both here again.

hey I would like to know if the cold one 2:seedling has been scratched of if it is still a work in progress or maybe perhaps it is mysteriously in existence and floating around in small quantities... someone please enlighten me! (esp. pike himself, perhaps that would be the best person to answer) much appreciated~

Hey gwenz how are you? Have not seen any posts for a while, you guys must be busy, just letting you know i have read the falling and oh my goodness it was awesome, i wanted there to be more when i finished it, i hope pike comes up with a sequel. However i am dying for him to release Nemi the fouth installment of Alosha i want to read it so bad, i would like it to be a six part series like the vampires series!

Hey gwenz i am still here, sorry have not posted in a while, life has been pretty hectic at the moment with work and uni etc. Still don't have the falling! i might go in and see them today to see whats happening. How you been? what you been up to lately?

i just read the first two and i can't find the third one anywhere! i can't buy it because my parents won't let me...
can anyone tell me what happens in the last one (graduation)???? who the killer is, who clark is, etc. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. i'm desperate. :(
